About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager / Digital Customer Journey Expert to support digital customer journey and marketing initiatives within the insurance industry. This role requires a strong mix of project coordination, marketing support, stakeholder collaboration, and sector knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategy
• Identify marketing trends and opportunities for innovation
• Support digital customer journey initiatives and related projects
• Work with various digital marketing tools and software
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams
• Create marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations
• Deliver presentations to stakeholders
• Maintain and update marketing databases
• Provide administrative support to marketing and sales teams
• Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents
• Understand products and brand positioning
• Handle general coordination and office-related tasks
• Create and interpret reports
• Organize market research activities
• Analyze questionnaires and customer feedback
• Update and manage social media accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in P&C Insurance or Life Insurance
• Previous experience in a similar environment is mandatory
• Experience in administration, sales support, or marketing support
• Digital marketing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Relevant professional or internship experience
