Mission Overview
We are seeking a Generative AI Solutions Engineer to join an enterprise-scale initiative within the energy sector, focused on AI innovation and automation.
As part of the organization's ambition to establish a Center of Excellence for Generative AI, the consultant will be involved in POCs, pilots, and real-world solution development.
Key Responsibilities

Design & deploy RAG chatbots using structured/unstructured data (FAQs, documents, APIs).

Build intelligent agents that interact with databases (e.g. Fabric, Postgres, CosmosDB) and APIs.

Manage Data Pipelines:
- Build/optimize ETL/ELT workflows.
- Handle data flow, integration, and transformations.
- Implement monitoring dashboards for performance and cost analysis.
- Ensure scalability, security, and CI/CD robustness.

Deploy & monitor AI models on Azure, using performance KPIs.

Contribute to the Generative AI strategy, governance, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Must-Have Skills

Generative AI & RAG: Proven experience with RAG-based solutions and multi-modal data (documents, images, APIs).

Azure AI Ecosystem: Familiarity with services like Azure AI Foundry, AI Services, Copilot Studio, Synapse, Fabric, Data Factory.

Data Engineering: Strong ETL/ELT expertise, monitoring, and CI/CD for AI pipelines.

Programming: Python (LangChain, PySpark preferred).

Monitoring: Experience with performance and cost KPIs for AI systems.
Additional Assets

Understanding of AI lifecycle processes (training, fine-tuning, inference).

Exposure to LLMs and real-time or batch-based AI deployment.
