Mission Overview

We are seeking a Generative AI Solutions Engineer to join an enterprise-scale initiative within the energy sector, focused on AI innovation and automation.

As part of the organization's ambition to establish a Center of Excellence for Generative AI, the consultant will be involved in POCs, pilots, and real-world solution development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design & deploy RAG chatbots using structured/unstructured data (FAQs, documents, APIs).
  • Build intelligent agents that interact with databases (e.g. Fabric, Postgres, CosmosDB) and APIs.
  • Manage Data Pipelines:
  • Build/optimize ETL/ELT workflows.
  • Handle data flow, integration, and transformations.
  • Implement monitoring dashboards for performance and cost analysis.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and CI/CD robustness.
  • Deploy & monitor AI models on Azure, using performance KPIs.
  • Contribute to the Generative AI strategy, governance, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.


Must-Have Skills

  • Generative AI & RAG: Proven experience with RAG-based solutions and multi-modal data (documents, images, APIs).
  • Azure AI Ecosystem: Familiarity with services like Azure AI Foundry, AI Services, Copilot Studio, Synapse, Fabric, Data Factory.
  • Data Engineering: Strong ETL/ELT expertise, monitoring, and CI/CD for AI pipelines.
  • Programming: Python (LangChain, PySpark preferred).
  • Monitoring: Experience with performance and cost KPIs for AI systems.


Additional Assets

  • Understanding of AI lifecycle processes (training, fine-tuning, inference).
  • Exposure to LLMs and real-time or batch-based AI deployment.
