Microsoft Dynamics Developer with Azure Integration Experience

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Developer with strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure integrations to join our XRM team. This team focuses on delivering solutions in business and customer relationship management and is currently implementing new functionalities to support industry professionals in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a Scrum team with analysts and developers to deliver on the Microsoft Dynamics roadmap.
• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services, such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and Azure Functions.
• Build scalable and secure cloud-based integration workflows and APIs.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Understand and leverage existing technical architecture and reusable components.
• Evaluate the technical feasibility of functional requirements and plan customisations to standard Dynamics 365 features.
• Deliver third-line technical support for escalated issues.

Your Profile

• Experienced developer with a background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 within large organisations.
• Comfortable working in agile environments, with an adaptive and innovative mindset.
• Certifications in Azure and Microsoft Dynamics 365 are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive team player.
• Committed to customer-centric development.

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• 2+ years of project experience with Microsoft Azure integration services.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• Familiar with Git or other version control systems.
• Skilled in working with web services and Azure components for developing custom plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Proficient in using Azure DevOps and managing the application lifecycle.
• Experience with the Power Platform and Dataverse is a plus.

Domain Knowledge

• Industry-specific experience (e.g. finance or insurance) is a bonus but not essential.

• Dutch: Excellent, spoken and written
• English: Excellent, spoken and written
• French/German: Not required
