Job Title: Senior Claims Handler



Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Claims Handler with over 5 years of end-to-end claims handling experience. You are precise, organised, and solution-oriented, with a strong customer focus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and process insurance declarations.
  • Ensure thorough and timely follow-up of claims in a proactive, accurate, and customer-friendly manner.
  • Identify and resolve problems effectively.
  • Deliver reliable, sustainable service, prioritising clear communication and relieving the burden on the insured.
  • Process attestations and documentation related to hospitalisation insurance.
  • Manage and execute hospitalisation claims payouts.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
