EUC Developer (Medior) – Banking & Financial Services

About the Role
We are looking for a medior EUC Developer with 2–5 years of experience in managing the full lifecycle of End-User Computing (EUC) solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse existing applications, rework legacy components, and ensure smooth delivery into production.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Functional Analysis
- Organise and lead workshops to gather business requirements
- Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions
- Analyse existing reports, queries and applications
Technical Delivery
- Review existing codebase, focusing on EUC applications
- Identify and rework ActiveX elements where possible
- Perform detailed diagnostic analysis and troubleshooting
- Implement approved improvements and enhancements
- Ensure proper documentation and code commenting throughout the process
Quality Assurance & Release
- Conduct thorough testing and participate in peer reviews
- Support user acceptance testing
- Deliver final application to business stakeholders
- Release to production upon approval
- Close related JIRA tickets with clear updates
Collaboration & Communication
- Participate in daily huddles and status update meetings
- Communicate transparently about feasibility, limitations and dependencies
- Provide regular progress updates to all stakeholders

Alignment with standard working hours and commitment to structured, documented delivery are essential.
