Mission Overview
In the context of a large-scale infrastructure modernization program, the client is looking for a Domain Lead Architecture Technique Infrastructure to reinforce the technical backbone of its IT landscape. The mission focuses on ensuring infrastructure coherence, resilience, and security across hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud).
The Domain Lead will lead and structure a team of approximately 10 technical architects and designers to implement an integrated and robust architectural approach aligned with enterprise strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, coordinate, and evolve the technical architecture vision within the infrastructure domain.
- Ensure coherence between deployed solutions and business requirements.
- Lead architecture governance in collaboration with Solution Architecture, Security, and Operations teams.
- Support critical projects throughout their lifecycle, validating architecture choices.
- Promote infrastructure resilience, performance, and security in line with ISO 27001 standards.
- Document architectures and ensure knowledge transfer to operational teams.
- Lead and develop a team of technical architects and designers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.

Profile & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Infrastructure & Systems Architect in complex environments.
- Proven experience leading technical teams (10+ people).
- Experience with hybrid On-Premise/Cloud infrastructures for organizations with 1000+ users.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware).
- Solid background in automation (Ansible, Terraform) and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Strong security awareness and understanding of ISO 27001 requirements.
- Excellent documentation skills (HLD, LLD).

- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic vision.

Workload: Full-time (5 days/week)
