Location: Gent (Kortrijksesteenweg 1100), Belgium — with flexibility to work in Antwerp or Leuven

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Claims Handler with more than 5 years’ experience managing insurance claims from A to Z.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and process claim declarations
• Work with precision, organisation and a solution-oriented approach
• Detect, analyse and resolve problems efficiently
• Ensure fast, proactive, correct, and customer-friendly follow-up on claims
• Put the customer first and deliver reliable, high-quality service
• Communicate clearly and support the insured throughout the claim process
