Role Overview

A major insurance organisation is seeking a Medior Insurance Officer (Legal Protection) to support peak activity periods related to the transfer of Legal Protection broker portfolio contracts. You will work closely with brokers and the internal Legal Protection production team to ensure smooth and accurate onboarding of new business.

This is a hands-on, field-based operational role requiring regular visits to broker offices, strong communication skills, and proficiency with insurance tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit broker offices to support the transfer of Legal Protection portfolio contracts.
• Use BRIO (broker tool) to extract and collect Legal Protection portfolio data.
• Based on the collected data, create and subscribe new contracts using internal tools.
• Assist the Legal Protection production team in handling a temporary high volume of new business.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of all contract transfers.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with brokers, applying a commercial and service-oriented approach.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Experience

• Legal Protection Insurance: Minimum 3 years (Medior level)
• BRIO Knowledge: Required
• Excel: At least 5 years of experience (Medior level)
• Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems

Languages

• French: Expert / Fluent
• Dutch: Medior / Good knowledge

Other Requirements

• Strong communication and commercial mindset (frequent broker interactions)
• Driving licence: Required for broker visits
• Ability to work independently and manage workload under high-volume conditions
