ACCOUNT MANAGER – PUBLIC SECTOR
Mission
As Account Manager – Public Sector, you are the long-term partner of our government clients. You ensure smooth delivery, high service quality, and consultant satisfaction across all active missions. You anticipate needs, secure renewals, and support tender processes.
This is a strategic, relationship-driven role — a pure farmer, however a hunter mindset is also needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop accounts across the Belgian public sector (federal, regional, local).
- Act as the primary contact for client managers, procurement, and framework owners.
- Ensure compliance with public procurement and framework rules.
- Collaborate with the Delivery team to fill requests quickly with high-quality profiles.
- Manage consultants on assignment: onboarding, follow-up, performance check-ins.
- Secure renewals, contract extensions, and rate adjustments.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities across multiple departments and agencies.
- Contribute to tender responses (technical, administrative, pricing).
- Maintain reporting and forecasting on account performance.
Profile
- 3–5 years’ account management experience in IT consulting, staffing, or public sector environments.
- Strong understanding of Belgian public procurement rules and framework contracts.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and structure.

Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a significant asset.
- Detail-oriented, compliant, and resilient.
