🎯 About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Procurement Manager – EMEA to lead procurement execution activities across the EMEA region. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing procurement strategies to ensure timely, cost-effective acquisition of goods and services required for both project and manufacturing operations.

Your ability to deeply understand regional market dynamics, drive strategic sourcing, negotiate effectively, and foster strong supplier relationships will be key to creating long-term value.

  • Lead and manage a high-performing procurement team, ensuring the achievement of business goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic procurement initiatives to support growth and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve global supply performance while maintaining continuity and flexibility.
  • Foster effective cross-functional collaboration throughout the organization.
  • Support and mentor team members, encouraging their development and growth.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and values-driven work culture.


✅ Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar regional or global procurement role.
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
