Job Description – Digital Claims Transformation


We are seeking a claims expert with strong knowledge of insurance operations (auto, property, liability) who can bridge the gap between claims management and digital transformation.


In this role, you will:

  • Use your claims expertise (ideally as a former Claims Handler/Manager/Lead) to understand operational challenges.
  • Apply BPMN and process improvement skills to redesign and optimise claims workflows.
  • Drive the integration of AI and digital tools (chatbots, RPA, OCR, fraud detection, automation) into claims operations.
  • Partner with IT, digital, and business teams to deliver transformation projects.


Profile:

  • Solid background in claims handling/management (non-life, P&C, auto, bodily injury).
  • Proven experience with process management / BPMN.
  • Exposure to AI/digitalisation in insurance (chatbots, automation, predictive analytics).
  • Strong communication and change management skills.
