Job Description – Digital Claims Transformation
We are seeking a claims expert with strong knowledge of insurance operations (auto, property, liability) who can bridge the gap between claims management and digital transformation.
In this role, you will:

Use your claims expertise (ideally as a former Claims Handler/Manager/Lead) to understand operational challenges.

Apply BPMN and process improvement skills to redesign and optimise claims workflows.

Drive the integration of AI and digital tools (chatbots, RPA, OCR, fraud detection, automation) into claims operations.
- Partner with IT, digital, and business teams to deliver transformation projects.
Profile:

Solid background in claims handling/management (non-life, P&C, auto, bodily injury).

Proven experience with process management / BPMN.

Exposure to AI/digitalisation in insurance (chatbots, automation, predictive analytics).
- Strong communication and change management skills.
