Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled IAM Expert with a strong foundation in cybersecurity. This role requires hands-on experience with IAM frameworks, tools, and cloud-based solutions, along with the ability to provide technical leadership in a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM frameworks, policies, and procedures
• Manage the full identity lifecycle: provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews
• Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications and infrastructure
• Collaborate with IT, CISO, and business units to define access control requirements
• Lead IAM-related projects and mentor junior colleagues
• Stay up to date with emerging IAM technologies, trends, and threat landscapes

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in IAM and cybersecurity roles
• Deep understanding of IAM protocols and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP)
• Practical experience with IAM tools
• Familiarity with IAM services on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of compliance and risk management frameworks
• Prior experience in insurance or finance is a plus (knowledge of tools like GTAIA is beneficial)

• Dutch: Very good (spoken and written)
• English: Very good (spoken and written)
• French: Basic knowledge

Additional Information

• Hybrid working setup with at least 2 days onsite per week
• Contractor must use their own device
