We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee cloud infrastructure

and digital platform initiatives within a dynamic and international public-sector context. The

ideal candidate will manage the operational lifecycle of cloud and Microsoft 365

environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.

This is a full-remote position based in Europe, with occasional in-person interviews required.

Key Responsibilities

● Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of Azure and Microsoft 365

environments to ensure performance, stability, and compliance.

● Application Deployment: Oversee application deployments and associated

components within Azure environments (databases, APIs, queues, gateways).

● Cloud & Containerization: Manage containerized and serverless solutions using

Docker, AKS, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.

● Automation & Optimization: Develop automation scripts and infrastructure

templates (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform, ARM) and optimize cloud resources.

● Security & IAM: Implement and manage identity and access controls (RBAC, MFA,

Conditional Access, PIM) using Microsoft Entra ID.

● Monitoring & Governance: Utilize Azure Monitor and Defender for Cloud to track

system health, performance, and security posture.

● Collaboration Tools: Ensure seamless integration and performance of Microsoft 365

workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).

● Documentation: Produce technical documentation, operational runbooks, and

compliance reports.

Requirements

● Proven experience in technical project management within cloud or digital

infrastructure programs.

● Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (compute, storage, networking, landing zones).

● Experience with automation and DevOps tools (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform,

Azure DevOps).

● Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID (Azure AD).

● Familiarity with security, governance, and cost optimization in cloud environments.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

● Experience with Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, SQL).

● Familiarity with Power Platform, Intune, or Dynamics 365.

● Understanding of hybrid identity and federation (SSO).

● Previous experience in public institutions or multicultural organizations.
