Mission

As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for our clients in IT and engineering. You’ll work closely with the Brussels delivery team and account managers to ensure an excellent match between talent and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct pre-screening calls to assess technical and interpersonal fit.
• Manage recruitment pipelines and update CRM systems.
• Present shortlisted profiles to account managers with clear justifications.
• Maintain regular contact with consultants before and after placement.
• Contribute to candidate community building and employer branding.
• Keep track of market trends and evolving technical skills.

Profile

• 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally IT or engineering.
• Strong communication and sourcing skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Eager to learn about European consulting markets.
• Fluent in English and French (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
