About the Role
We are looking for a Functional Analyst to join a dynamic team of 7 professionals (process and functional analysts). You will report hierarchically to the team lead and functionally to the Product Owner within the Brand/Varia Target department.
In this role, you will play a key part in the Process Design team, responsible for:
- Managing and documenting analyses of different output documents, their process triggers, and content.
- Supporting stakeholders in drafting documents while ensuring readability and compliance across business units.
- Translating business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
- Delivering well-structured, documented analyses and following up with external partners.
- Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including IT teams, Finance, Operations, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and manage output documentation and ensure consistency across business units.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and oversee their implementation.
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to align business and technical needs.
- Support process improvement initiatives within the team.
Profile

Experience: Minimum 3 years in business and functional analysis, ideally in an agile environment.

Industry Knowledge: Insurance domain knowledge is a strong plus.

Languages: Excellent communication in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexible, proactive, and comfortable with change.
