1. Context of the Mission / Objectives

As part of a growing investment in Artificial Intelligence, the organisation is strengthening collaboration between business lines and the IT department. Business teams are increasingly eager to test their own AI use cases and require a dedicated technical partner to ensure the necessary IT ecosystem is available.

To support this ambition, a new role is being created: IT AI Business SPOC (Single Point of Contact).

The mission is to ensure that all technical enablers are in place, requests are properly routed and tracked, and business teams receive the technical support needed to bring their AI initiatives to life.

As the IT AI Business SPOC, you will act as the dedicated technical interface between business teams and IT for all AI-related initiatives. You will ensure that business teams have the right support, tools, and infrastructure to successfully implement and test AI use cases, following proper processes throughout each project.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical point of contact for business teams on all AI-related requests.
  • Coordinate the provisioning of AI components (LLMs, APIs, environments, datasets, etc.) required for experimentation and deployment.
  • Ensure technical feasibility and compliance with IT standards, security, and architecture.
  • Follow up with internal IT teams (Cloud, Data, Security, Architecture, etc.) to guarantee timely delivery and resolution.
  • Support business users in the daily use of AI tools and platforms (e.g. Copilot, Azure OpenAI, custom LLMs).
  • Document and track all requests, issues, and solutions to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a technical advisor, helping business teams navigate the AI ecosystem and understand available capabilities.


2. Mission Period

Expected Start Date: 01/11/2025

Duration: 12 months (extension possible depending on project evolution)


Language Requirements

  • English: Fluent (Speaking 3 / Reading 3 / Writing 3) – Mandatory
  • Dutch: Basic to Fluent (1–3) – Preferable
  • French: Basic to Fluent (1–3) – Preferable

Either French or Dutch is required at a basic to fluent level.

(1 = Basic, 2 = Good, 3 = Fluent)


4. Location

Brussels (city centre) + remote working


5. Education

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field (preferred).
