Service Designer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Medior Service Designer with 2–5 years of experience in customer research and product development. You will play a vital role in shaping and implementing user-centric strategies by collaborating with various teams across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project teams in selecting and executing the appropriate mix of customer research techniques.
- Contribute your experience in UX research to advance the Service Design team’s knowledge base.
- Lead the development and integration of customer research methodologies.
- Coach UX and policy staff in conducting interviews, surveys, labs, and data analysis.
- Create user research plans tailored to different teams.
- Work with innovation-focused policy makers to uncover customer needs.
- Promote a data-driven approach to product development.
- Facilitate collaboration between roles and maintain a high-level overview, while diving into detail when needed.
