PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Manage one or more projects, ensuring delivery of expected outcomes and benefits
- Lead project teams through the entire lifecycle from idea to execution, including approval, demand management, support setup, and service management in line with defined service levels
- Manage team commitments on scope, planning, cost, and quality
- Handle project changes as required
- Manage different test phases and user acceptance plans, and coordinate execution
- Oversee all aspects of projects
Standard
- Ensure work is completed to the required standard
- Apply standard processes and methodologies as defined by the PMO
Risk
- Identify and manage risks within the project
- Escalate issues and risks appropriately and drive timely resolution
Budget
- Ensure projects run within budget
Planning
- Coordinate work across teams and stakeholders
- Define timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery
Communication
- Manage interaction with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
- Prepare reports and presentations (e.g., weekly status, steering committees, PMO Board) for management on project status
TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Foster collaboration and reinforce collective intelligence within the team
- Build a balanced team and promote cooperation
- Develop expertise, professionalism, and client orientation in team members
- Optimize internal team functioning and ensure effective communication

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in IT and business/industry
- Experience with project management methodologies and certification (or equivalent proven experience of 5+ years in program/project management)
- Strong business acumen, particularly in IT and retail or related industries
- Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies
- Professional proficiency in English, plus fluency in at least one additional language (Dutch or French preferred)
