Role: Senior Program Manager – Digital Transformation (Transport & Mobility)

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale transformation initiative within the Transport Executions domain. The program delivers mobile applications, Azure-based cloud backends, web interfaces, and integration with legacy systems.
This role requires a blend of strategic leadership, governance expertise, and executive stakeholder management, ensuring that strategic ambitions translate into tangible results across complex delivery landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end programs covering mobile applications, Azure cloud platforms, web interfaces, and system integrations.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage multi-project portfolios, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and budget.
- Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, Solution Designers, Analysts, and Product Owners.
- Act as the key liaison between executive leadership and delivery teams, ensuring strong governance and transparency.
- Prepare materials and reports for C-level steering committees and decision boards.
- Promote an agile and collaborative culture aligned with corporate vision and values.

Requirements

- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
