Job Title: Assistant Process Owner – Rental
Location: Gosselies, Belgium
Remote Work: Limited – On-site presence required for working sessions, testing, and training. Remote work only with manager approval.
Project Context
Due to a growing number of projects within the Network Department, a review and optimisation of the training strategy is underway. This involves modernising current processes, increasing digitalisation, and creating cross-functional training content to support various teams more effectively.

Main Responsibilities
Note: This is a business-oriented role and not IT-focused.
Required Skills & Experience
French language proficiency (C2 level CEFR) – Must Have
Minimum 2 years of experience in process management (business/professional, not IT) – Must Have
Experience in writing process and/or functional documentation – Must Have
Proven experience in digital content creation (e-learning, video, etc.) – Must Have
Experience in the energy sector – Must Have
Experience participating in meetings involving multiple stakeholders – Should Have
Experience conducting process-related risk analyses or audits – Should Have
Knowledge of BPMN process modelling – Nice to Have
Strong organisational skills – Must Have
Autonomous and able to work independently – Must Have
Team player with strong collaboration skills – Must Have
