Job Title: Claims Senior Business Analyst

1. Context of the Mission / Objectives of the Job

The department conceives solutions to support business entities (marketing, sales, operations, etc.).

Main activities include:

• Project management within business solutions and/or across the organization
• Conception and mastering of solutions (ideation, requirements, etc.)
• Driving delivery of solutions implemented in IT
• Testing, delivery and support of solutions
• Relationship management within and outside the organization

2. Mission Period

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months (extension possible depending on project evolution)

3. Language Requirement

• Dutch: Good to Fluent (one fluent, the other at least good)
• French: Good to Fluent

Brussels, city center

5. Education Required

Master’s degree in Sciences, Economy, IT, Management, or equivalent by experience

• Visio or other BPM tools (Senior: 5–8 years)

Technical Experience (preferable):

• Case management tools
• Off-the-shelf claims software

Functional Experience (mandatory):

• Business Analysis (Senior: 5–8 years)
• BPMN & CMMN (Senior: 5–8 years)
• Business Architecture (Senior: 5–8 years)

7. Objective of the Job

The mission is to support the inception team of a major claims transformation program by defining, per project/track:

• High-level business objectives and added value to claims operations, brokers, and clients
• High-level to-be business and functional process conceptualisation, seeking optimisation
• High-level architecture (in collaboration with IT architects)
• First structuration of the project in a feature backlog for detailed requirements and IT implementation

Knowledge of the claims insurance market in Belgium and case management tool technology is required to help define a competitive future state.
