Functional Analyst – Dutch Speaker

Description

We are looking for a Functional Analyst for our client to join the Attract & Connect domain and work closely with the Project Lead.

The role focuses on migration projects within the transformation roadmap, with a specific emphasis on non-life policy packages. You will help define high-quality, end-to-end IT solutions that deliver an excellent user experience for brokers and partners.

Tasks

• Analyze migration data related to non-life policy packages (family plan).
• Define transformation and data cleanup rules clearly and unambiguously.
• Participate in workshops with key stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Ensure coordination and knowledge transfer between business and IT teams (internal and external).
• Contribute to projects that deliver high-quality IT solutions within defined scope, time, and budget.
• Collaborate effectively with external partners, both onsite and offshore.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in functional analysis, preferably within insurance (non-life).
• Familiar with BPMN and UML modeling techniques, including use cases (a plus).
• Experience with SQL.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
