Développeur C# .NET – Industry: Energy & Utilities

📍 Location: Gosselies & Namur (Hybrid – 2+ days onsite / week)

Mission Context

As part of the Network Factory, which develops and maintains asset management applications (including enterprise GIS), we are looking for a C# .NET Developer to strengthen the development team. The applications are closely linked to the geolocation of network assets in the energy distribution sector.

You will be responsible for the development, testing, documentation, and maintenance of applications, while following best practices and ensuring technical quality

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technical designs (SAD) based on user stories & specs.
• Develop applications (.NET, testing, security) in line with standards.
• Investigate and resolve incidents & bugs.
• Document applications for easier maintenance.
• Propose and implement technical solutions for long-term stability.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in .NET application development (5+ years)
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL, …)
• Experience with testing (unit, performance, security)
• Tools: TFS/GitHub, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio
• Languages: French (C2), English (B1)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• GIS tools (ArcGIS / Esri)
• Web development: HTML5, CSS3, Angular/VueJS, Blazor
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Cloud Azure: Functions, Web Apps, APIs, Service Bus
• Mobile (MAUI)
