SAP IS-U Functional Analyst (Billing, Dunning & Collections)

We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U Functional Analyst to join a dynamic team within the energy and utilities sector. You will act as the bridge between business and IT, focusing on billing, dunning, and legal recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business requirements
• Translate business needs into SAP IS-U functional specifications
• Support incidents and run activities
• Handle operational tasks in the initial phase
• Gradually take ownership of more complex topics
• Challenge business requirements to simplify and improve processes

Requirements

• Strong experience with:
• SAP IS-U Billing
• SAP IS-U Dunning
• Collections / Legal Recovery
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into solutions
• Hands-on SAP IS-U experience (not purely theoretical)

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Belgian market
• Background in the energy/utilities sector

Languages

• Dutch + English or French + English
• Trilingual (FR/NL/EN) is a plus
