Job Description
As a member of the security services team, you will ensure that the organisation’s information systems meet the necessary security requirements to protect core missions and business processes, while also promoting security awareness across the IT landscape.
Main Tasks
- Detect critical Identity & Access Management (IAM) security issues, assess the technical situation, and provide guidance and recommendations to resolve them.
- Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Access Management Service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with IAM tools (SailPoint Identity IQ, CyberArk, PingCastle).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Python and PowerBI.
- Security certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English (mandatory) and either French or Dutch.
Profile Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in IAM/security.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, and PingCastle.
- Strong background in LDAP and Active Directory.
- Proven use of Python (3+ years) and PowerBI (3+ years).
- Prior experience in similar environments is a plus.
