IT Process Architect

Location: Brussels (Hybrid with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote per week)

Start Date: January 2026

Duration: 12 months (extension possible)

Mission Context

We are looking for a senior IT Process Architect to manage and govern the end-to-end IT process landscape across the value chain, aligned with standards such as ITIL and IT4IT. The role focuses on process definition, governance, tooling alignment, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the IT process landscape
• Establish and manage process governance (roles, responsibilities, decision models)
• Structure process management approaches, including KPIs and measurements
• Own tooling strategy and process evolution roadmap
• Align with management and process owners on governance and accountability
• Coordinate and animate the IT Process Management community
• Coach process owners on continuous improvement
• Support communication of process changes to all stakeholders

Required Experience & Skills

Experience

• Senior IT background (5–8 years)
• Experience in mid-size to large IT organisations (300+ IT staff)
• Strong exposure to process management, architecture, project management, and IT delivery

Technical & Methodological Skills

• ITIL / IT4IT
• Process modelling and governance
• MS Office (advanced)
• ArchiMate, Power BI (nice to have)
• Exposure to AI use cases in process management is a plus

• Autonomy and ownership
• Clear communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to convince and align senior stakeholders

Language Requirements

• English: good (mandatory)
• Dutch: basic to good
• French: fluent

Education
