Functional Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365-DUTCH SPEAKER

Description and Tasks

We are looking for a Functional Analyst to join the Relationship Management (XRM) team, with a primary focus on implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet evolving business needs.

This role requires a solid understanding of functional and non-functional requirements and the ability to translate them into effective system configurations. It also involves collaborating with business and technical teams, delivering user training, and ensuring the solution aligns with organizational goals across both functional and technical dimensions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to understand and document business requirements and pain points.
2. Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions using out-of-the-box features and codeless extensibility.
3. Lead implementation and go-live activities, provide end-user training, and ensure continuous support and issue resolution.
4. Work closely with technical teams to manage integration, provide functional specifications, and ensure development aligns with requirements.
5. Analyze business processes to identify areas of improvement and leverage Dynamics 365 capabilities to enhance them.

Profile and Experience

Profile

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in modules such as Customer Engagement, Field Service, or Business Central.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Experience with system configuration, customization, and integration, following industry best practices and methodologies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills for collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.



Required Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics analysis and implementation projects.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Proven skills in stakeholder management, ideally using structured tools and techniques.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics are considered a strong plus.
