Main Responsibilities
- Formalise internal procedures.
- Collect, structure, and document all internal processes related to operations.
- Draft clear and accessible supporting materials.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Address already identified issues related to co-insurance.
- Actively engage with internal departments and insurance partners to understand the root causes of operational difficulties.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills.
- Rigour, analytical mindset, and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in French and Dutch (spoken and written).
Context
With the introduction of a new application, current procedures no longer meet operational needs. Existing tools and methods have become outdated.
