Senior Engineer – Workspace, Device & Endpoint Management

Role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Google Workspace, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and endpoint lifecycle management to support a large enterprise environment.

You will manage corporate laptops and mobile devices, ensure security and compliance, and maintain collaboration tools across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Chat, Calendar)
• Configure security policies, MFA, and access controls
• Manage MDM for Android and iOS devices
• Oversee endpoint lifecycle (staging, deployment, maintenance, decommissioning)
• Manage OS updates, patching, and device compliance
• Automate device provisioning and onboarding workflows
• Provide advanced endpoint and Workspace troubleshooting
• Support VoIP / telephony systems (nice to have)

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in endpoint management or IT engineering
• Strong experience with Google Workspace administration
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms
• Experience managing enterprise laptops and mobile devices
• Knowledge of endpoint security and patch management

Nice to Have

• Telephony / VoIP systems
• Automation or scripting (Python, Bash)
• IAM or device compliance frameworks
• French or Dutch (English required)
