Description:


As a Senior Claims Handler, you bring over five years of experience in end-to-end claims management. Your role includes:

  • Analyzing and processing insurance claims with precision and efficiency.
  • Ensuring a structured, solution-oriented approach to claim handling.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and resolving potential issues.
  • Managing and following up on claims in a proactive, accurate, customer-focused, and efficient manner.
  • Prioritizing customer satisfaction by providing reliable service and clear communication, ensuring a smooth claims experience.
