DESCRIPTION

In the domain of Attract&Connect we are searching for a business analyst.

To realize the strategic goals the business analist provides supports

to analyse epics and business features related to SME Quotation Tool.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders, development team and management to optimize processes and help achieve the challenging roadmap.

TASKS

· You try to understand the needs of the business and translate them into a conceptual solution.

· You will participate in workshops with important stakeholders for the collection of requirements.

· You ensure the necessary coordination with knowledge transfer between all parties involved, both within business and IT.

· You ensure a good transfer of knowledge by providing clear communication with the business.

· You detect the bottlenecks and map them out.

· You can take positions and defend them.

· The business analyst will work closely with the business stakeholders to understand their needs and processes in depth. This requires active interaction, daring to ask critical questions and challenging assumptions.

· The insights gained are translated into clear and achievable user stories and product backlog items (PBIs), in close coordination with the product team.

PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE

Profile

· A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, computer science, economics, or a related field

· Plan-based, independent and result-oriented

· Strong analysis skills, accurate and problem-solving

· Communicative and a real team player.

· A hands-on mentality

· Able to handle change and flexibility in project requirements and priorities

· Resilient under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments

· You have a very good knowledge – both orally and in writing – of Dutch and English.

Experience

· Experience with business analysis in larger insurance organizations

· Medior to senior (3+ years of relevant experience)

· Familiarity with Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

· Experience with process modelling, business feature mapping and user story writing

· Experience in stakeholder management using stakeholder analysis tools & techniques
