Senior AI Developer

📍Dunkirk, France (Hybrid) | Industrial / Manufacturing Sector

We are supporting a major industrial player in deploying a multilingual AI Service Desk agent (7 languages).

As a Senior AI Developer, you will take AI prototypes into production and build the core components of a scalable AI system.

Role

• Develop the AI conversation engine (LLM integration, structured outputs, fallback logic)
• Build the voice pipeline (STT/TTS, real-time translation)
• Implement RAG systems (embeddings, semantic search, knowledge indexing)
• Create automated QA frameworks for testing and evaluation
• Contribute to scaling and new use cases

Profile

• Strong experience in Python and Node.js / TypeScript
• Proven experience with LLMs in production (prompting, tool use, orchestration)
• Hands-on with RAG/vector databases / semantic search
• Experience with speech technologies (Deepgram, Azure Speech, ElevenLabs)
• Familiar with testing frameworks (Pytest, Jest)
• 🇫🇷 Fluent French + 🇬🇧 English (B2+)
