Requirements Description:
The Administrative Assistant will support HR Staff Services in various administrative processes related to the employee life cycle across four main locations. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with HR administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations;
- Providing constructive suggestions to improve office procedures;
- Actively contributing to the organizational structure and processes to maximize resource utilization and foster innovation;
- Performing additional duties as required.
Duties & Role
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in administrative roles within a large organization, preferably in Human Resources or a related field;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word;
- Extensive experience using SharePoint;
- Familiarity with HR Systems used by NCI Agency, such as Oracle EBS, Taleo (or a comparable Applicant Tracking System), and HR ticketing systems;
- Proven ability to draft and publish information related to HR services or relevant administrative processes;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills;
- Experience working in an HR Help Desk environment, handling a high-volume workload with a flexible, service-oriented mindset and proactive approach.
