About the role

For a major player in the insurance and regulated financial services industry, we are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to support a strategic digital transformation initiative.

Within a Transformation Office, you will contribute to the development of a central declaration platform responsible for generating and supporting legal and statutory attestations linked to insurance products. These include, among others, fiscal certificates, RIZIV, and DB2P. The role sits at the crossroads of business, legal, compliance, and IT in a highly regulated environment

Your responsibilities

• Define and document functional and technical requirements for a new enterprise declaration platform, from concept through implementation
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, legal experts, compliance officers, and technical architects
• Analyse and map end-to-end declaration flows, identifying opportunities for process improvement and standardisation
• Act as the primary interface between business and IT during the analysis phase
• Contribute, over time, to other initiatives shaping the organisation’s digital future

Your profile

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in insurance or regulated financial services
• Strong exposure to legal, statutory, or compliance-driven processes
• Excellent analytical and abstraction skills, able to move from high-level concepts to detailed specifications
• Experience with enterprise platforms and large-scale system integrations is a strong plus
• Comfortable working in complex, cross-functional environments
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
