Functional Analyst A&C Telebib 2
· You are responsible for the Analysis & documentation within the Product team of Telebib2.
· You start from business analysis, architectural vision and imposed standards to define the correct functional and non-functional requirements. This is how you bridge the gap between analysis and development
· You will also play a supporting role for the Product Owner.
o Managing business needs and aligning between stakeholders. You ensure that technical and business teams understand each other, and ensure the translation of business needs into technical specifications and vice versa.
o Capture functional Questions for our Stakeholders ( Fe. Brokers)
o You play an active role in stakeholder management for technical sales meetings and you help determine the requirements for the new target application, with a focus on Telebib
o You support the PO in reporting and the follow-up of education and training, both internally and externally.
· You monitor and support the application domain to ensure business reliability and continuity.
· You will help develop end-to-end solutions, specifically in connection with the our new backend application and your product-team (Cfr Telebib) .
· You and your colleagues ensure that the design guidelines are followed and kept up to date
· You continue to proactively look for opportunities for process improvements, both at technical and business level.

Experience
· Knowledge of Insurance Knowledge / Standards,
· Knowledge of Telebib2 is a plus
· Medior to senior (5+ Years of relevant experience):
· Professional bachelor or equivalent through experience
· Experience with functional analysis in larger Insurance organizations
· Willing to learn designer tools (Enterprise Architect, Adonis...) and make them your own
· Experience working in Agile environments, particularly within a Scrum team. Familiarity with Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
· Experience in analyzing data to support decision-making, using tools like Excel, Power BI, or other analytics software.
