Mission


As Account Manager (Banking & Insurance), you will oversee a portfolio of financial services clients, ensuring project success, consultant satisfaction, and account profitability.


Responsibilities


  • Manage and grow relationships with major banking and insurance accounts.
  • Act as the link between clients and internal teams for recruitment and delivery.
  • Negotiate contract renewals, extensions, and rate adjustments.
  • Identify new opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Ensure consultant satisfaction and performance follow-up.
  • Provide regular account reporting and forecasting.
  • Stay updated on fintech, regulatory, and IT transformation trends.


Profile


  • 3–5 years’ experience in client or account management within IT, consulting, or financial services.
  • Solid understanding of IT roles and financial sector operations.
  • Excellent client relationship and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluent in English and French/Dutch
  • Autonomous, organized, and commercially minded.
