Mission
As Account Manager (Banking & Insurance), you will oversee a portfolio of financial services clients, ensuring project success, consultant satisfaction, and account profitability.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with major banking and insurance accounts.
- Act as the link between clients and internal teams for recruitment and delivery.
- Negotiate contract renewals, extensions, and rate adjustments.
- Identify new opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Ensure consultant satisfaction and performance follow-up.
- Provide regular account reporting and forecasting.
- Stay updated on fintech, regulatory, and IT transformation trends.
Profile
- 3–5 years’ experience in client or account management within IT, consulting, or financial services.
- Solid understanding of IT roles and financial sector operations.
- Excellent client relationship and negotiation abilities.

Fluent in English and French/Dutch
- Autonomous, organized, and commercially minded.
