ACCOUNT MANAGER – RETAIL
Mission
As Account Manager – Retail, your role is to nurture and grow existing retail accounts. You ensure delivery excellence, satisfaction, and expansion across IT, data, digital, and supply chain domains. You’re a relationship-driven professional — a farmer — who builds trust and unlocks long-term opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of retail and FMCG clients.
- Build strong relationships with IT, digital, supply chain, and HR leaders.
- Ensure rapid delivery of consultants in collaboration with the Delivery team.
- Oversee consultant performance, satisfaction, and retention.
- Identify new project opportunities and cross-sell potential (Data, E-commerce, ERP, Infra, etc.).
- Manage contract renewals, extensions, and negotiations.
- Track account performance and pipeline forecasts.
- Represent Sparagus at retail industry events and networking initiatives.
Profile
- 3–5 years’ experience in account management or project delivery in retail, FMCG, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of retail IT & digital roles (POS, ERP, e-commerce, data, supply chain).
- Highly customer-oriented, organised, and commercially sharp.

Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
