This role is critical to expanding the branch footprint in sprinkler service and deficiencies sales and plays a key part in the company’s long-term growth strategy.

🔨 Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring life safety and security needs are met.

Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell services, and secure long-term service agreements to meet sales targets.

Solution Consulting: Partner with technical teams to deliver product demonstrations and provide technical guidance to clients.

Project Coordination: Oversee solution implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Market Research & Reporting: Stay informed on industry trends and provide strategic insights to clients and leadership.

Compliance Knowledge: Ensure all proposed solutions align with local, state, and federal regulations.
đź§ Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Will consider equivalent experience in life safety, fire protection, sprinkler or security.

3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service within the sprinkler, life safety, security, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of life safety and security systems.
- Preferred: Experience with fire protection systems, building codes, or sprinkler systems

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
