What You’ll Do

• Lead construction litigation matters from pre-suit through trial/arbitration
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with precision
• Take and defend depositions, appear in court, and drive strategy
• Analyze contracts and project documentation
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams

🧠 

What You Bring

• Active Florida Bar license
• 5–10 years of commercial litigation experience (construction law preferred; insurance defense experience considered)
• Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
