Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy as prescribed by physicians
• Verify treatment doses, fields, and equipment setup before each session
• Accurately simulate and localize treatment areas using CT and other imaging systems
• Ensure patient safety by using appropriate shielding and radiation protocols
• Maintain accurate and detailed treatment documentation and electronic records
• Monitor patients for signs of complications and report findings promptly
• Perform daily machine safety checks and report any inconsistencies
• Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists and the therapy team on treatment planning
• Adhere to safety standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• ARRT Board Certified and CRT Certified
• One or more years of clinical experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to high standards of patient care
• Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment
