Their projects range from elegant residential pools to large-scale commercial installations, featuring vanishing edges, zero-entry designs, European edges, and waterfalls.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and personable Pool Salesperson to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, understands luxury design, and enjoys helping clients bring their dream pools to life.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads through referrals, inbound inquiries, and local outreach
• Conduct in-home or on-site consultations with prospective clients
• Understand client needs and translate them into custom pool designs and proposals
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure feasibility and alignment
• Present estimates, close sales, and guide clients through the onboarding process
• Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline activity
• Attend industry events and represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in construction, home improvement, or luxury goods
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read plans and understand basic construction terminology
• Self-starter with excellent follow-through and organizational skills
• Familiarity with South Florida market and clientele preferences
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
