🏗️ Architect – Commercial & Food Service Projects

Career Staffing Talent (CST) has partnered with a real estate developer in New England to recruit an Architect with 10–15 years of experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals on the North Shore who prefer not to commute into Boston, as well as Greater Boston candidates seeking a reverse commute and a culture-driven organization.

🔨 Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from conceptual development through project closeout
• Produce full sets of biddable and buildable construction drawings
• Collaborate with in-house construction management team and licensed architect/contractor
• Provide construction administration oversight on active projects
• Coordinate with outside engineers, consultants, and vendors
• Research and interpret building and zoning regulations; secure town/city approvals
• Support renovations and new construction projects in food service and commercial sectors

🧠 Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (or on path to licensure)
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Architectural Program
• NCARB Certification required
• 10–15 years of architectural experience in commercial projects (wood and steel)
• Strong drafting and design skills; proficiency in ACAD and MS Office (SketchUp/Photoshop preferred)
• Excellent communication and contract negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to work sites as needed
• Ability to pass a background check; clean driving record
