π₯ Client Management β Build and maintain strong customer relationships, becoming their go-to for life safety needs
π Sales Growth β Win new business and drive revenue via long-term service contracts and upselling opportunities
π§ Solution Consulting β Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored fire and life safety solutions
π¦ Project Oversight β Ensure smooth project execution with a focus on timing, budget, and customer satisfaction
π Market Intel β Stay ahead of industry trends, building value-driven strategies for your clients
βοΈ Code & Compliance β Ensure solutions meet all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
β What You Bring
π Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
π 3β5+ years in sales, account management, or customer success (life safety/fire/security a strong plus)
π₯ Knowledge of fire alarm, sprinkler, or integrated security systems
π Bonus: NICET or related industry certifications; familiarity with NFPA codes
