Career Staffing Talent (CST) is partnering with a nationally recognized accounting & advisory firm to recruit a Tax Manager for its expanding High-Net-Worth Corporate Team. This position is ideal for tax leaders who enjoy sophisticated HNW work but want to step into a broader, more strategic, remote-friendly role beyond traditional public-accounting production.
The firm is building a centralized HNW tax team to serve as the gateway between wealth advisors, HNW clients, and tax leadership across the country. You’ll play a pivotal role in a program tied to a major strategic partnership—where your judgment, communication, and client-experience instincts shape the entire client journey.

🔨 Responsibilities
Client Intake, Assessment & Navigation
- Review and evaluate incoming High-Net-Worth client referrals
- Assess complexity, timing, and service needs to determine ideal servicing model
- Determine the appropriate office or partner for each engagement
- Facilitate seamless handoffs—or manage select engagements within the corporate team
- Act as a relationship navigator between wealth advisors, tax leadership, and national teams
Technical Leadership
- Provide final technical review on 1041 trust & estate income tax returns
- Research complex tax issues and prepare clear recommendations
- Ensure technical accuracy, quality, and compliance across deliverables
Client Management & Advisory
- Communicate directly with clients to ensure their best interests are achieved
- Coordinate planning, scheduling, and client-facing activities
- Deliver high-quality, concierge-level client service
Team Leadership & Operations
- Direct and support team members to achieve performance, quality, and budgetary goals
- Create an engaging, high-performance work environment
- Oversee real-time and monthly billing, collections, WIP management, and write-downs
- Help shape a high-visibility HNW program within the corporate structure
🧠 Qualifications
- CPA, JD, or EA required
- 5+ years experience focused on Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals (public accounting preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available
