Overview:

Career Staffing Talent (CST) is seeking an experienced First-Party Property Attorney with 6–10 years of litigation experience to join the litigation team of a national, growing plaintiff's firm in the Boston Metro area. This position is a high-impact opportunity to help lead a new office with the support of an elite national plaintiff's law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage property litigation cases from inception through resolution

• Represent clients in court, depositions, and negotiations

• Build client relationships and identify new business opportunities

• Collaborate with the legal team and contribute to firm-wide success

Qualifications:

• J.D. and active bar license in Massachusetts

• 6–10 years of litigation experience

• Entrepreneurial, driven, and well-connected in the local legal/business community

• Strong communication and leadership skills
