Career Staffing Talent (CST) has partnered with an established RF and microwave hardware manufacturer to identify a Mechanical Design Engineer for an on-site role in West Palm Beach, Florida.
This is a strong opportunity for someone with hands-on SolidWorks experience, solid technical aptitude, and a genuine interest in learning the products, processes, and standards behind precision microwave hardware.
You will join a team where you can build on your mechanical design foundation, contribute to real hardware development, and take on increasing responsibility as your skills grow.
What You'll Be Doing
✔️ Create and refine 3D models and drawings in SolidWorks
✔️ Support the mechanical design of RF and microwave switch hardware, including housings, mechanisms, and waveguide components
✔️ Work alongside experienced engineers to learn the products, processes, and standards behind precision microwave hardware
✔️ Contribute to component and hardware design work in an on-site manufacturing environment
✔️ Take on increasing design responsibility as your capabilities develop
What We're Looking For
✔️ Hands-on SolidWorks experience is required
✔️ Experience creating 3D models and drawings
✔️ A solid technical foundation and strong technical aptitude
✔️ Mechanical design background related to hardware or components
✔️ Willingness to learn and grow into the role
✔️ An engineering degree and additional credentials or certifications are strongly preferred
