🔨 Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Provide final technical review of tax returns and related documents for a diverse client base
- Research complex international tax issues and craft clear, strategic recommendations
- Stay current on evolving tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards
Client Management & Advisory
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and coordination of client engagements
- Communicate directly with clients to ensure exceptional service and alignment with their best interests
- Build and deepen trusted client relationships while identifying value-add opportunities
Team Leadership & Development
- Direct, mentor, and support staff and supervisors to achieve high performance
- Assign, track, and manage workflow for tax projects and engagements
- Foster an enjoyable, engaging, and productive team environment
- Play an active role in staff development, training, and in-house CPE initiatives
Operational & Practice Management
- Monitor quality control, workflow efficiency, and personnel performance
- Lead real-time and monthly billing, collections, WIP oversight, aging, and write-down management
- Strengthen internal and external networks and contribute to business development efforts
🧠 Qualifications
- CPA required

10+ years of public accounting experience (international tax experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership ability and strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work calmly and effectively in high-pressure situations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a heavy workload
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
