Project Sales Executive – Fire Sprinkler Systems

About the Role


Career Staffing Talent (CST) is working with a national fire safety company to hire a driven Project Sales Executive with experience in fire sprinkler systems and the construction industry. In this role, you’ll lead business development efforts, manage key client relationships, and collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality fire protection solutions.


This is a great opportunity for someone with a sales background in fire protection (must have sprinkler experience) who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the fire sprinkler market

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals

• Build relationships with contractors, builders, and property managers

• Prepare project proposals, estimates, and contracts

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution

• Conduct site visits and assess project requirements

• Serve as a primary contact for client communications and support

• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide sales activity reports


Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales experience in fire protection SPRINKLER or related industries

• Strong knowledge of sprinkler systems, codes, and regulations

• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; design software a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (preferred)

NICET certification (preferred)

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Primarily office-based with occasional site travel

• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs

• Prolonged periods working at a desk and using a computer

• Occasional regional travel required
