Corporate Controller

About Us


This is a high-impact role for a finance leader who can balance big-picture strategy with the ability to roll up their sleeves and support the team on day-to-day operations.


What You’ll Do


  • Lead the monthly close process and oversee all financial reporting.
  • Direct the preparation of income statements, balance sheets, variance reports, and reconciliations.
  • Manage accounting personnel, policies, and procedures.
  • Partner with department heads to provide consultative financial support.
  • Act as the primary liaison with external auditors.
  • Oversee cash management and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Deliver financial projections, revenue/expense analysis, and variance reporting.
  • Handle compliance for investors, partners, and lenders.
  • Lead ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives.


What We’re Looking For


  • 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance required; CPA strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience a plus.
  • Strong communicator with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Both a big-picture thinker and a detail-oriented leader.
  • Tech-savvy, collaborative, and motivated to drive results.
