Career Staffing Talent (CST) is proud to partner with a fast-growing, US-based national fire and safety company to recruit a high-performing Project Sales Executive to join their expanding Sales team.


This is a strategic, impact-driven role focused on winning “smart install” business through direct end-user engagement and contractor partnerships—primarily tied to construction events like new builds, expansions, and renovations.


💼 What You’ll Do: As the PSE, you’ll lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and solution design to executive-level presentations and signed contracts. You’ll help clients mitigate risk, plan lifecycle budgets, and implement tailored fire and life safety solutions that deliver measurable value.

📌 Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Prospecting and networking with contractors, engineers, and building owners
  • Designing lifecycle strategies to reduce emergency service costs
  • Presenting service and maintenance pricing options
  • Building trust and delivering value-added solutions
  • Creating financial and lifecycle analyses
  • Leading executive-level presentations and proposals
  • Collaborating across sales and operations teams
  • Applying NICET-level code knowledge to life safety programs
  • Tracking activity in CRM


🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in sales (preferably in facilities services or direct-to-end-user solutions)
  • Technical aptitude in fire alarms, sprinklers, suppression systems, video, access control
  • Strong communicator and presenter across all levels
  • Proven relationship builder and full-cycle sales leader
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and growth-minded
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
